Assini

Assini "traditional country village" (as it is used to be called by the inhabitants), is only 8km from Nafplio and has about 1,280 residents. It is situated at the foot of a high mountain shaped egg and on top of the chapel of Prophet Elias, which radiates a unique sense lit in the evening!

The houses of Assini are traditionally built among lush orange groves, olive groves and large areas of tangerines, vegetables and cereals.

The visitor at Assini feels the aroma of the Argolid plain famous for citrus and combined with the sea air coming from the beach or Assini Beach Kastraki (about 1 km distance), thus creating a sense of inner strength and wellness.
